There is nothing more annoying than a malfunction in your Litter-Robot. Your cat(s) are used to the comfort and convenience of a well-functioning automatic cat litter box, and you rely on it to function smoothly. Yet, a malfunction can always occur that is not easy to resolve.
In that case, our specialists are at your service. With our extensive knowledge and experience with Litter-Robot products, we ensure a quick analysis, expert repair and a reliable solution, so that your Litter-Robot can function optimally again.
Transparent repair costs and guarantee
In addition to the costs of the part to be replaced, we charge a fixed repair and service fee. This way, you know exactly what to expect in advance.
For repairs at home, we charge a kilometer allowance of € 0.25 per kilometer from our location in Almere (return). If applicable, any parking costs will be passed on to you.
You will receive a 3-month guarantee on all parts replaced by us. For motors, a extended warranty period of 6 months applies.
If a problem occurs with a part replaced by us within the warranty period, we will not charge new repair or service costs. Any call-out costs (kilometer allowance) or shipping costs will still be applicable.
Your Litter-Robot send for repair
It is also possible to send your Litter-Robot to us for repair. This is a simple and safe solution when a repair at home is not desired or not possible.
For a Litter-Robot 3, we ask you to send only the bottom tray including the round arch. You do not need to send the waste shelf and the round ball (globe).
For shipping, we recommend using a sturdy box of approximately 60 x 60 x 60 cm. Pack the parts carefully and well protected, so they cannot be damaged during transport. The package weight is usually no more than 10 kg.
We recommend that you always send your shipment registered and with a return receipt. You will then receive a receipt confirmation as soon as your Litter-Robot has arrived safely at our location.
After receipt, our specialists will carry out a diagnosis and contact you about the necessary repair and costs.
